Welcome to the Dulcet community. By registering for an account, logging in to the App, or accessing and using the platform's features in any manner, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms of this User Service Agreement and the Dulcet Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any of the terms herein, please refrain from continuing to use the service.
As a user of this platform, you are entitled to: freely decide whether to use the platform's services and purchase value-added benefits; manage your account information; request account deletion at any time; and submit suggestions or complaints regarding the platform's services. The platform will respect and safeguard the exercise of these rights.
The App's services are available only to adults aged 18 or above who possess full legal capacity for civil conduct. Individuals under the age of 18 are prohibited from registering, accessing, or using Dulcet services.
While using the App, you must not engage in any conduct that violates applicable laws or infringes upon the rights of others, including but not limited to:
You must not upload, publish, or disseminate: harassing messages; fake profiles impersonating others; phishing links; malware distribution content; or any other pornographic, violent, defamatory, or rights-infringing information.
You must not impersonate other individuals, organizations, or institutions; register accounts under false identities; or provide false or misleading personal information.
You must not create a large number of fake accounts; use automated scripts to scrape platform data; maliciously report other users; exploit vulnerabilities to farm virtual items; or reverse-engineer the client.
You must not violate the laws and regulations of your country or region, or the community rules and management requirements publicly issued by the platform.
Dulcet is committed to providing a stable and secure online social environment. The platform provides only technical services and information exchange tools and does not intervene in private interactions between users. Your chatting, socializing, content publishing, and offline contacts on the platform are all self-directed user activities, and the associated risks and responsibilities are borne by you. The platform shall not be liable for losses arising from self-directed offline activities, private communications, or personal decisions.
Certain features and exclusive benefits of Dulcet are available through membership subscriptions or in-app purchases. All payments are processed through the official Google Play Billing system, and we do not collect or store sensitive payment data such as card numbers or payment passwords. With respect to subscription services: subscriptions will renew automatically at the end of the current period; if you wish to stop renewal, please cancel auto-renewal via Google Play at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you may view, manage, or cancel subscribed services at any time through your Google Play account settings page.
The interface design, program code, brand logos, image assets, and textual content in the Dulcet App are owned by the platform or licensed to it in accordance with the law and are protected by intellectual property laws. Without written permission, no individual or organization may copy, modify, scrape, publish, or commercially use the foregoing content. The intellectual property rights in the original content you upload or publish on the platform remain vested in you; to facilitate the provision of platform services, you grant the platform a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, disseminate, and technically process user content.
If you violate this Agreement, provide false information, publish illegal or inappropriate content, engage in fraudulent or harassing conduct, or disrupt platform order, the platform may, depending on the severity of the violation, restrict certain features, suspend the account, delete related content, permanently ban the account, or terminate service eligibility, without incurring additional compensation liability.
Dulcet is a social platform intended for adults and does not permit users under the age of 18 to register or use the relevant features. If a minor account or related violation is discovered, the platform will take measures including restricting access, closing the account, and deleting related information. See the Dulcet Child Safety Standards for details.
The execution, interpretation, and performance of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction where the platform's services are provided. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first seek resolution through friendly negotiation.
