Dulcet Child Safety Standards

Effective date: August 14, 2026

1. Prevention: Keeping Risk at Bay

Dulcet is well aware of the potential risks minors may face in the online environment. Accordingly, the App is open for registration and use only to adults aged 18 and above. Minors are prohibited from accessing, creating accounts on, or using the social, chat, matching, and interactive features offered by Dulcet.

An age restriction mechanism is in place at registration: users must provide true and valid age information as required by the platform. Users must not use false dates of birth to bypass the age restriction, impersonate adults to register accounts, assist minors in creating or using platform accounts, or guide minors into platform interactions. If the platform discovers that account information does not match the age requirement, we will immediately take measures including restricting features, suspending access, permanently closing the account, or deleting related data.

2. Detection: Zero-Tolerance Policy on Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse

Dulcet maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward any conduct involving child sexual exploitation (CSAM), child sexual abuse, or harm to minors.

The platform strictly prohibits users from producing, uploading, disseminating, or storing any content involving child sexual exploitation or abuse, including but not limited to:

Any violation of the child safety policy, once confirmed, will be addressed by the platform with immediate action.

3. Response: Reporting and Complaint Mechanisms

If you discover on the platform any suspected minor accounts, content involving child harm, child sexual exploitation or abuse, or harassment or enticement directed at minors, you may report it through either of the following channels:

Upon receipt of a report, we will review it promptly and take the necessary measures as appropriate. We also combine technical means with manual management to carry out risk identification, abnormal account detection, and prohibited-content review across the platform, forming a continuously operating protective system.

4. Penalties for Violations

For accounts that violate the child safety requirements, Dulcet will take the following measures depending on the severity of the violation:

5. Protection of Children's Information

Because minors are prohibited from using the service, we do not proactively collect children's personal information. If, due to misreported information, fraudulent registration, or other unintended circumstances, the platform obtains information relating to minors, we will promptly delete the relevant information upon confirmation, take measures to restrict continued use of the associated account, and prevent similar situations from recurring. Related information handling will follow the Dulcet Privacy Policy.

6. Continuous Improvement

Dulcet will continue to monitor changes in laws and regulations, Google Play platform policy updates, and industry safety standard developments, constantly improving our child protection mechanisms and striving to maintain a safe, healthy, and responsible social environment.
